Design. Deliver. Operate.
The same three phases apply whether the scope is four huddle rooms or an estate migration. What changes is the depth of each, not the sequence — and the handover between them is where most projects are actually lost.

01 Phased by default
Delivered in phases, with a fallback at each.
Estates rarely stop to be rebuilt. Rooms are in use, a platform decision may already be half made, and the organisation cannot accept a single cutover night for its meeting infrastructure.
Work is therefore structured as phases with explicit entry and exit conditions: what is true before a phase starts, what is proven before it ends, and what the environment falls back to if it does not. Decisions are recorded where they are made rather than reconstructed afterwards.
That approach is where the company's name comes from, and it predates this positioning — the previous PhasedConnect site was built entirely around phased delivery and governance. It remains how the work is run.
Design, or take over what exists.
